By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with any part of them, please don't use the site.
2. Our Products
Every item is made to order, by hand, in Cape Town, with a two-week production lead time before it ships. Because our leather is natural, grain, tone, and small markings vary slightly from piece to piece — this is a feature of the material, not a defect.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of local shipping. We accept credit and debit card payment. International orders include an additional shipping charge, shown clearly before checkout.
4. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept once payment is confirmed. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example if a product is mispriced, unavailable, or we suspect fraudulent activity — in which case any payment made will be refunded in full.

6. Gift Cards
Gift cards are delivered digitally and expire 1 year from the date of purchase. They can be redeemed against any product but cannot be combined with a discount code.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including photography, product descriptions, and branding — belongs to The Wild Things Co. and may not be reproduced without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Wild Things Co. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this site or our products. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under South African consumer protection law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
