Useful Information

Thank you for considering placing an order with us at Wild Things Co., we have added some helpful points below along with our contact details if you need to get in touch.

  • Ordering: All orders are placed via our website. Once you have selected your item and added it to your cart, proceed to checkout and select your preferred payment method (Payfast, Snapscan, Credit Card, EFT, Zapper).

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order and payment have been received, you will receive a payment confirmation. Your order will then be automatically added to the small batch production run.

  • Production Time: All of our products are handmade to order during small batch runs. The production time and delivery time line will depend on the pre-order window. Typically, products will be delivered 2-3 weeks after the pre-order window closes. We appreciate your patience during this period.

  • Early Delivery Requests: We cannot accommodate early delivery requests at this moment. However, if we have extra stock on hand, your order will be sent out immediately.

We understand the anticipation during the production time and appreciate your trust and patience.

Our Return Policy

As all goods are made to order, returns will only be processed for defective goods

At Wild Things Co., we stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If you receive a product that is defective, we will assist you in processing a return.

  • Return Process: You can request a return for defective goods within 7 days of receiving your order. Please contact us via email with images or evidence of the defect. Natural variation in the leather will not be considered defects. 

  • Shipping Costs: There will be no shipping or courier costs incurred to you for returning a defective item. We will arrange for a courier to pick up the product from you.

  • Assessment and Refund: We will process your refund once the product has arrived back with us and we have assessed the defect. Refunds are only issued for items confirmed to be defective.

We are a boutique operation run out of Stellenbosch supporting South African craftsmanship. Our manufacturing takes place in Pretoria, where we ensure each product is crafted with the utmost care. We take great pride in our creations and assure you that our 2-3 week production period yields a premium product designed to endure for a lifetime.
