Thank you for considering placing an order with us at Wild Things Co., we have added some helpful points below along with our contact details if you need to get in touch.
Ordering Stock Items: All in-stock items can be purchased directly through our website. Simply select your item, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout with your preferred payment method. Stock items are ready to ship immediately.
Ordering Custom Items: Custom orders in any of our 11 colours are placed via email at info@thewildthingsco.com. Please include the item, colour choice, and any special requests. We’ll confirm your order and provide an estimated delivery timeline.
Delivery: Stock items are dispatched immediately, while custom orders are handmade to order. You’ll receive updates once your custom piece is in progress.
Returns & Repair Policy
All our pieces are made to order with lots of care and attention, which means we don’t accept general returns or exchanges. But we do want you to love what you receive — and we take quality very seriously.
If your item arrives with any damage or a fault please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll happily take a look and offer a free repair if the issue is due to a manufacturing defect or something that slipped past our quality checks.
We’ll also cover any return shipping costs if the problem is on our end.
We offer a small repair service too — so if your item needs a little TLC later down the line, we’re happy to help where we can. Just pop us an email at info@thewildthingsco.com with your information and a photo of the issue.
